Nursing Review Academy — Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any program, service, or material provided by Nursing Review Academy (“NRA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Student,” “User,” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Educational Purpose

Nursing Review Academy provides educational programs designed to assist nursing graduates in preparing for the NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® examinations.

Our programs and materials are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional nursing instruction, academic programs, or medical advice.

We do not guarantee licensure, certification, or specific outcomes. Student success depends on individual effort and study performance.

3. Account Access & Responsibilities

Upon enrollment, you will receive login credentials for access to your course portal.
You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Access the course only for your personal, non-commercial use.
Refrain from sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
Notify Nursing Review Academy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Nursing Review Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse or policy violations are detected.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to videos, slides, PDFs, study guides, test banks, recordings, and frameworks (including the Decode Method™), are the exclusive property of Nursing Review Academy.

You agree that you will not:

Record, copy, download, or reproduce any portion of our materials.
Publish, resell, or share course content publicly or privately.
Create derivative materials based on Nursing Review Academy’s intellectual property.

Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

5. Payment Terms

By submitting payment, you authorize Nursing Review Academy to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase or installment plan.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to do so may result in suspension of access and referral to a collections agency for recovery.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes with your credit card company, bank, or payment processor after digital access is granted.
Unauthorized disputes will result in immediate revocation of access and possible legal recovery for associated fees and damages.

7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and professional learning environment, you agree to:

Communicate respectfully with instructors, staff, and other students.
Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
Not use the platform for any unlawful or unrelated purpose.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nursing Review Academy and its instructors, affiliates, and staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our materials.
We make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content provided.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course or services at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing materials, non-payment, or misconduct.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for program registration, communication, and certification purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of payment processing or platform integration.

11. Changes to Terms

Nursing Review Academy may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York (or your business-registered state).
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

13. Acknowledgment

By enrolling, accessing the student portal, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the No-Refund & Disclosure Policy.
