No-Refund & Disclosure Policy

1. Overview

This No-Refund & Disclosure Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Nursing Review Academy (“NRA”), including NCLEX Review Courses, live and virtual bootcamps, self-paced programs, digital downloads, and any associated educational materials.
By completing a purchase, accessing your online portal, or attending any live or recorded session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Nursing Review Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once access to course materials or digital content is granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend or complete the course
Inability to access materials due to personal device, browser, or internet issues
Duplicate enrollment or mistaken product selection
Lack of progress or failure to pass the NCLEX examination

Access to our proprietary materials constitutes delivery of services and intellectual property.

3. Non-Transferable Access

Your enrollment and login credentials are for personal use only.
You may not share, transfer, or sell access to any course, download, or account.
Doing so will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Credit Card & Third-Party Payment Disclosure

If a purchase is made using a credit card or payment method belonging to another person, you affirm that full authorization has been obtained from the cardholder.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

The transaction is valid, voluntary, and approved.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals are strictly prohibited once digital access is delivered.
Nursing Review Academy reserves the right to submit this Policy, enrollment records, and portal access logs as evidence of an authorized transaction in the event of a dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate revocation of access and may incur administrative and legal fees.

5. Delivery of Digital Access

Delivery of service occurs when your enrollment confirmation email is sent or your digital portal access is activated.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connection and compatible devices to access the materials.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, videos, slides, PDFs, study guides, and recordings are the exclusive property of Nursing Review Academyand are protected by U.S. copyright law.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the course content for personal tutoring, resale, or publication.
Violation of this policy may result in legal action and permanent suspension of access without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nursing Review Academy does not guarantee any specific exam result or outcome.
Your success depends on your individual effort and study performance.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation in this program does not ensure licensure or certification by any state or board of nursing.

8. Agreement of Understanding

By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any Nursing Review Academy product, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and agree to this No-Refund & Disclosure Policy.
Understand that all sales are final and no chargebacks or reversals are permitted.
Acknowledge that use of another person’s credit card or payment method was fully authorized.
Accept that enrollment and materials are non-transferable and for your personal use only.
